Students pursuing Master in Law and LLM levels enrich and diversify our course discussions, contributing to the Law School’s overarching mission to provide the finest and most complete legal education for all college students. The LLM in Comparative Legal Studies welcomes non-US skilled lawyers seeking larger knowledge of US law and the US legal system. The program begins with an introduction to US legal ideas and methods which builds on the student’s expertise in his or her home country. Students select courses in specialized areas of US law, together with public or non-public international law, intellectual property, dispute decision, business transactions or international human rights. They may choose an optional specialization in International Business Law.
